Delivery Information and Times:
All items are made to order in the UK. This means that our stock levels are always up to date, and we are able to pass on the savings this affords back to our customers.
As we are based in the UK, it also means that our shipping times are much quicker than most, and we always aim to have your new item with you as soon as possible. We expect first class orders to be with you in 2-3 working days, as these are shipped the day after you place your order.
We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. We're really happy with the speed and care that they take with your order.
We make every single order on the day you place it, and dispatch the next postal day. If you order on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday... these will all be dispatched on the Monday due to limitations of Royal Mail.
Pricing:
All orders have FREE delivery available!
They will be dispatched the NEXT working day (Friday/Saturday/Sunday orders will all be sent on Monday)
You have the choice between 1st and 2nd class postage options. Both will be sent and prioritised the same by ourselves, but you will save money by selecting the Royal Mail 2nd class option if you aren't in a hurry.
If your order is up to £20, then your delivery cost will be FREE for 2nd class, or you can upgrade to 1st class for just £1.
If you spend more than £20 on your total order, you will qualify for free 1st class delivery!
If you have a particular concern over the shipping times etc, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests
Create Your Own
For Create your own orders, please use the contact form located at the bottom of the page to tell us which options you require. We will make up your order and send you a picture for confirmation you are happy with the options you have chosen. Only once we have received this confirmation will we ship your order, so please stay close to your email. We are able to make amendments to your selection if you aren't fully happy with it, subject to bead availability.
If you have any questions or problems with your delivery, please get in touch. On the rare occasions that an order takes longer than expected, we will try to resolve it through Royal Mail on your behalf, and solve any issues promptly.
